Here's how to connect your AirPods to a Chromebook:
Enable Bluetooth: First, make sure Bluetooth is turned on in your Chromebook settings. Click on the system tray (usually in the bottom-right corner of your screen where the clock is). Look for the Bluetooth icon. If it's not enabled, click on it to turn it on. If the Bluetooth icon is not visible, then check your settings by clicking the settings icon and navigating to the bluetooth option.
Put AirPods in Pairing Mode: With your AirPods inside their charging case, open the lid. On the back of the case, press and hold the setup button until the status light starts flashing white. This indicates that your AirPods are in pairing mode.
Connect on Chromebook: On your Chromebook, go back to the Bluetooth menu (system tray -> Bluetooth icon or Settings -> Bluetooth). Your Chromebook should automatically start searching for available devices.
Select Your AirPods: When your AirPods appear in the list of available devices, click on their name to select them.
Confirm Connection: Your Chromebook will then attempt to connect to your AirPods. You may need to click "Pair" to confirm the connection. Once connected, the status light on the AirPods case will turn solid green (or turn off), and you should be able to hear audio through your AirPods.
